RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Each piece is handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike. Any variation in color, texture, and finish only enhances their uniqueness and value.
If you are not happily satisfied with the product you purchased, we are here to help.
Kindly follow the steps below:
1. Inform us about the issue of the purchased product. Send us an email to email@example.com or give us a call thru WhatsApp/Viber: +63 915.713.2106.
2. To be eligible for a RETURN,
a.) The item must be returned within the THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of delivery.
b.) The item must be unused and in original condition.
c.) The item must be in its original packaging. Please be sure it doesn’t get damaged when placing the item back on its plastic and the original packaging they were sent to you in.
d.) The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. The customer shall be responsible for paying all SHIPPING charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. As soon as we receive the package, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received the returned item. We’ll immediately notify on the status of your refund.
5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a REFUND using the payment method you chose when you made your order. You will receive the credit within TWO (2) WEEKS after the approval of the return. Please be advised that there will be a certain amount of days before you receive the credit, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please be informed that replacement and exchange are not supported. Customers may return their order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
